For safety shoes, we prioritize exchanges whenever possible, especially for size or fit issues.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions. Non-compliant items may be returned to the customer at their own cost.

SECTION 6 – APPROVAL & RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
After reviewing your request, our support team will contact you by email or WhatsApp with the next steps. Please do not send any item back before receiving our approval and return instructions.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your exchange, return, or refund has been approved.
SECTION 8 – REFUND PROCESS
If your refund is approved, please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
The refund may take additional time to appear depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service.

Undeliverable packages will not automatically be re-shipped or refunded unless approved by our support team.
